8cf9844b28 hdparm: Update to version 9.65 
This fixes compilation problems with glibc 2.36.

        - Another --Istdin fix: cannot read log pages when no device specified

        - fix truncated output buf with --Istdin
hdparm-9.63:
        - new --sanitize-overwrite-passes flag, courtesy Michal Grzedzicki.
