* [linux] emit system specific event for theme change
Code was incorrectly emitting the `events.Common.ThemeChanged` event
instead of the OS Specific `events.Linux.SystemThemeChanged` event.
It is the reponsibility of the code in events_common_linux.go to map
it to the common variety.
